A complaint report records an allegation or concern. It is not automatically a finding that someone acted wrongly.
A fair process keeps four things apart: the client’s account, the firm’s response, the documentary evidence, and the conclusion reached by the body with authority to decide.
Both failure modes are real. Publishing an unresolved allegation as fact can harm people and undermine trust. Dismissing every report until a final ruling can also hide useful warning information.
Simvida should use careful status language, protect personal information and avoid becoming the adjudicator where it has no legal role. Users should be directed to the firm’s formal complaint process and the appropriate ombud or regulator. Internal patterns may support platform safety decisions, but those decisions need documented criteria and review.

Label each complaint record clearly: received, referred, under review, resolved by parties, withdrawn or decided by an authorised body. Keep the source and date beside any outcome.
Complaint publication, moderation and referral involve legal, privacy and fairness duties. Obtain specialist approval for platform policy and public wording.
